Survey's Report of Second Phase Program Rebuild Tzu Chi Beneficiary's Housing at Kamal Muara
Renovation Beneficiary Complex program initiated by Tzu Chi at Kamal Muara area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta is ongoing in order to have a clean, comfortable and nice place to live for the underprivileged. Good news has come again for the 5 residents who inhabit this area because Tzu Chi decided to help rebuild their homes in the second phase. Recently, Tzu Chi volunteers from North He Qi 2 community had conducted a survey on May 29, 2021 to make agreements and statements from residents who would be assisted regarding their temporary shelter.
Several Tzu Chi volunteers from North He Qi 2 community walked to the centre point in front of the Al-Huda Mosque, Kamal Muara, North Jakarta to follow the instruction of a site coordinator.

The slippery path leading to Neneng's house was filled with water mixed with mud. This condition makes the volunteers have to be careful when visiting her house.

The condition of Neneng's house which is always flooded when it rains makes her feet submerged in dirty water all the time. As a result his legs were wrinkled and white like mold.

The volunteers had to pass through floodwater and walk through narrow alleys in the Kamal Muara area, when visiting Sakti's house which was the last location for the 2nd phase of Tzu Chi's Rebuild Project in Kamal Muara.
