Eta and Suryani beamed with joy as they entered their new home on the second floor of Rumah Cinta Damai Tanah Tinggi. They expressed their gratitude, as their long-awaited prayers were answered through the Tzu Chi village improvement program.

The Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation Indonesia, in collaboration with the Jakarta Provincial Government and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning, inaugurated the Cinta Damai Housing in Tanah Tinggi on Friday, 27^th September 2024.

In response to the fire disaster, the Buddha Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia distributed 888 fire relief packages to assist the victims at the parking area of the Pasaraya Building in Manggarai. The aid, packaged in container boxes, included blankets, wearable clothing, underwear, toiletries, sarongs, sandals, buckets, mosquito nets, and other essential items.

It’s been more than three years since Novrin started working at Tzu Chi Hospital. Just as she promised when she accompanied her late father for treatment, she has become a nurse who treats patients with great compassion. In order to help the children meet their nutritional needs, Tzu Chi’s Healthy Breakfast Program visited the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (abbr. MI, term for Islamic Elementary School) Nurul Islam 1 on Wednesday, 19 June 2024. There, Tzu Chi provided 285 healthy breakfast packages consisting of bread and milk for the students.
