The Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation, together with the Jakarta Provincial Government, inaugurated the Barokah Apartment Complex on Wednesday, June 3, 2024. This is part of the Tzu Chi Home Improvement Project in the Palmerah area of West Jakarta.

Tzu Chi Indonesia and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government shared the concept of the village improvement program with the Indonesian Vice President Elect, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, directly at the Tzu Chi Village Improvement location, Kamal Muara.

Three days after providing aid to flash flood victims in Agam and Tanah Datar Regencies , Tzu Chi Padang volunteers delivered additional assistance. This aid included 150 packages of basic food supplies, 105 blankets, 100 boxes of mineral water, bread, and wearable clothing.

To express gratitude and celebrate the joy of the residents of Kuranten and Pakuhaji, a water source inauguration ceremony was held on Thursday, May 3, 2024, in Pakuhaji Village, Pandeglang, Banten. The event was attended by Tzu Chi volunteers from Jakarta and Tangerang, the Pandeglang military, and local residents.

Meily Rahmawaty and Achmad Yusuf are really grateful to be acquainted with Tzu Chi Indonesia in the midst of their struggle for healing their youngest child, Rayyan Al Faizan. Rayyan, who is now 3 years and 2 months old. He is suffering from Rhabdomyosarcoma, a type of cancer located near both kidneys.

With the gentle and careful voices of Goh Po Peng and Ernie Lindawati, two volunteers from the Tzu Chi Committee persuaded Zeba Rachma Mawardi (15) who was sick and bedridden. They took Zeba's hand and stroked it gently. Shortly persuaded, Zeba smiled seeing the two Shigu whom she had known since childhood.
