Tzu Chi Biak volunteers paid their attention and send their help for refugees in Wamena, Jayawijaya district, Papua (30/09/2019). There were a total of 15 tons’ aid consisted of 28 items given by Tzu Chi foundation, and taken by a Hercules aircraft from Silas Papare Air Base. Among those 28 items were rice, instant noodles, biscuits, mineral water, eggs, cooking oil, plastic mat, and blankets.
